Khuzi (also spelled “Quzi” or “Ghoozi”) is a traditional Middle Eastern dish, often considered the national dish of the UAE, consisting of a whole roasted lamb or goat served over a bed of spiced rice, and adorned with nuts, vegetables, and raisins.
